The 3 Maudiae, AMCO, Bankhaus and Charlotte are legacy plants that are 100 years old. We have been lucky to have and propagate those 3 varieties. They have sllight difference between the 3 cultivars, but are clearly sister plants. Maudiae 'Bankhaus' in Europe is a giant diploid type of Maudiae. The The Queen/Bankhaus US is definitely a different polyploid. Maudiae 'Magnificum' is a much smaller albino Maudiae, that readily clumps, and is closer to Holdenii 'Sander', another much smaller albino Maudiae types.
